release.
currently listening to:Eye In The Sky/Jonatha Brooke.
in order to keep sane sometimes, you just need to vent it out.
my suggestion? let out a few tears, get ahold of one or two friends, and turn on your yahoo messenger.
of the 21 hours that i've been awake today, the highlight, without a doubt, is the 20-minute conference chat on yahoo messenger with two of my good-est friends, jackie and jj.
we each had our own issues to rant about--and boy, were we ranting.
the screen would suddenly be filled with 3 different colors of text appearing at the same time--the 3 of us interrupting each other with sentence after sentence of things that just seemed to tick us off and pile up and cause us to momentarily go ballistic. (fine, fine, only jackie and i were ballistic. jj was nice enough to keep saying, "okay lang yan!". hehehehehe.)
after we had expressed our disgust and anger towards our momentary personal issues and crises, we typed in our thank you's, "okay lang yan"'s, emoticons of hugs, and said our good night's.
no, the pressure and stress hasn't disappeared or decreased at all. but goodness. i feel better now. much, much better. in times of extreme stress and exhaustion, it's refreshing to look around and realize that you've got great people along for the ride.
salamat sa inyong dalawa, at sa lahat pang nakikisabay rin sa aking biyahe =).
