twas the night before christmas...

i'm a little late, (but just in time!), because i FINALLY feel christmas in the air. i've been searching desperately for the 'christmassy' feeling lately, but except for the weather, i've felt nothing.

but i love how christmas is turning out this year. this season, i've met up with both old and new friends, and have managed to spend some time with the different groups of people who are truly important to me. and although, this is not yet my 'year-end blog post', i am really, really thankful, and i'm loving the fact that there is so much to be thankful for.

for my family, and for the christmas traditions that i've looked forward to year after year... and of course, another year of these wonderful icasas traditions to laugh and smile about.

for the annual christmas mass (and songs) that warmed and touched my heart more than they ever did.

for my friends, who made this christmas one full of lots and lots and lots of love and laughter.

... and for another year to look forward to. yay :).
