there's this commercial i keep seeing on ETC about how taking vitamins affects how your day goes. basically, the point of the commercial is that if you had a bad day--chances are, you forgot to take your vitamins. get it?

well, guess what? i didn't take my vitamins today, and boy, i wish i did.
